Job Description

Provides support to Concessions Coordinator, Concessions Assistant Manager, and Concessions Manager in running concession operations at assigned multiple facilities.

 

***This position is 95% On-site Supervision of up to 12 seasonal staff members at a time.***

 

*Assists in all aspects of on-site concessions operations, including maintenance/cleanliness of facilities and equipment and proper handling and storage of concessions product.

Also responsible for providing excellent customer service, proper food preparation and cash handling.

 

 *Assists with training and supervising 80+ seasonal concessions staff, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and that customer service is at a level of excellence.

 

*Assists with the stocking and inventory of concessions product to meet patron demand

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent, Preferred.
  • 1 year of food service work experience, Preferred.
  • 1 year of cash handling experience, Preferred.
  • 1 year of staff supervision experience, Required.
  • Knowledge of food service industry including but not limited to ordering, inventory, operating equipment and an understanding of health code regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to supervise staff and lead staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify work projects and efficiently assign daily schedules to subordinate staff.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
