Spend your day outside, working with youth, and learning about history! This position is responsible for facilitating the interpretive Heritage History Lab School Field Trip which has been connecting our youth with Kansas history for 40 years. This job includes greeting school groups, dividing them into groups, giving introductions for presenters, leading students to presenters, completing registration forms and collecting fees, maintaining program time schedule, driving a van, assisting with program setup and takedown. This position requires working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, walking 2-3 miles daily long periods of standing, working with groups of up to about 150 students, and lifting and carry program equipment.
