- Provide law enforcement services for JCPRD. Process, prepare and analyze accurate financial information within Oracle in an efficient and thoroughly documented manner, to include: - Research, analyze and reconcile capital projects and asset management systems, including tracking funding and reserves, project status, record retention and financial reporting. - Perform all administrative functions within the Oracle projects module related to capital project management, including but not limited to: setup, documentation requirements, event-to-event processing, budgeting, billing, distribution modifications (DM)’s, reconciliations, financial reporting, and closing of capital projects. - Perform and/or monitor reconciliations, including subledger modules to the general ledger. - Prepare calculations and reports for expenditures and revenues from a variety of data and accounting records. - Assist with management of debt issuances, track debt financed project dollars and reconcile debt related transactions.
