- This is a public relations position, providing general information and assistance to visitors at Antioch Park, Meadowbrook Park, and Ernie Miller Nature Center.  - Park Safety Aide’s also conduct bicycle patrols on the Gary Haller Streamway Trail System (Mill Creek), Kill Creek Park, Lexington Lake and the Coffee Creek Streamway from Heritage Park.  - Park Safety Aide’s assist the Park Police by taking non-criminal reports and observing for any possible criminal activities. - Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. The Facility Supervisor is primarily responsible for monitoring league games, practices, and tournaments on 10 softball fields and 2 baseball fields at Mid America Sports Complex. MASC is a top-class facility serving Johnson County and regional visitors. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, leadership, and supervision over the complex. Activities at Mid America are primarily slow pitch softball leagues. Additionally in 2024 we will host many weekend tournaments for youth baseball, fast pitch, and adult slow pitch. This is an ideal opportunity to work in a sports environment with flexible evening/weekend hours.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
